An ongoing creative partnership helping CentricHR scale with confidence through high-quality brand photography and film.
CentricHR had been quietly growing behind the scenes, led by experienced HR consultant Sandra Burns.
But in 2020, the team made a bold move – a full rebrand, new website, and a refreshed vision to better reflect the scale and direction of the business.
That’s when Sandra brought me in to produce a new suite of brand photography and their first HR brand video.
From the start, our collaboration was rooted in trust. I was tasked with producing brand photography and video content that could capture who they were—what made them different—and give them a powerful, confident digital presence.

Crafting the story: real people, real expertise
The goal wasn’t just to create ‘marketing content’. It was to bring the feel of CentricHR to life—conveying the team’s energy, passion, and professionalism in a way that felt both approachable and high-end.
I structured the first HR brand video to focus on CentricHR’s services from the viewpoint of their clients, then reinforced that with insights from the team. Sandra’s on-camera presence offered warmth, credibility, and a strong human connection that anchored the story.
We complemented this with headshots, natural behind-the-scenes photography, and client testimonial videos—some filmed in person, others remotely via web conferencing.

A partnership built for growth
Since that first project, I’ve worked with Sandra and the CentricHR team year after year—photographing the growing team, refreshing their brand video content, and supporting the launch of new services and HR solutions.
Each session built on the last, showing the transformation of the business:
- From Sandra’s home office to a new professional space in Rugeley.
- From a local consultancy to a trusted HR partner for the health sector and beyond.
- From an idea to a bold, visible brand with clarity and confidence.
This long-term, evolving content support mirrors the needs of many growing professional service firms—especially those without an in-house marketing team.

Visual storytelling that grows with you
This partnership is a great example of the fractional content production approach—stepping in as a trusted creative partner to ensure a business’s story stays aligned with its growth, goals, and audience.
The result? A brand that feels cohesive, current, and genuinely human—year after year.
🎥 “Every time we work together, it gets better. I know the quality will be high, I know what to expect, and I know we’ll get something really valuable at the end of it.”
— Sandra Burns, Director, CentricHR
