We’re based in the West Midlands and regularly work across Birmingham, Warwickshire, London and Manchester. We also provide event production across the UK and internationally, including Spain and Singapore.
Do you offer international event photography and video services?
Yes – we’ve worked internationally for brands including SPAR UK and Pizza Hut, and are experienced in delivering high-quality event content for global conferences.
How much time do you need to set up on-site?
We usually arrive 1–2 hours before filming or photography begins to finalise setup, assess lighting, and liaise with your team. For larger events, we may schedule a site recce or early access for AV integration.
Can you collaborate with our event production or AV team?
Yes – we’re used to working alongside event agencies, AV crews and internal comms teams. We integrate easily and communicate clearly to help your event run smoothly.

How far in advance should we book event coverage?
