🎥 Empowering change through storytelling
In November 2024, Fertility Matters at Work hosted a landmark event in London: The F Word at Work: Live. This UK-first summit was designed to spark meaningful conversation and drive action around fertility support in the workplace.
Tailored specifically for HR and wellbeing professionals, the event brought together expert insight, lived experience, and corporate leadership to explore how better fertility awareness can enhance employee engagement, attraction and retention.
Co-founders Becky, Natalie and Claire led a series of compelling panels throughout the afternoon – each one highlighting a different lens: educational, organisational, and deeply personal.

🎬 The brief
Fertility Matters at Work approached us to help bring their first in-person summit to life – not just in the room, but online and beyond. They needed a full suite of visual content to share the impact of the day and build brand visibility for future campaigns and events.
Our brief included:
- Multi-camera filming of each panel session, delivering long-form video and audio assets.
- A highlight film capturing the energy and purpose of the day.
- Short-form content: social-ready video clips for each speaker and panel, edited and branded to align with Fertility Matters at Work’s visual identity.
- B-roll and cutaway footage to show the flow of the event, audience interaction, and informal moments.
- On-the-day interviews (vox pops) with attendees sharing feedback on the content, delivery and value of the event.
- Brand photography of the founders both individually and together – creating a professional set of on-brand portraits for use across the website, social, press, and media.

🎞️ The Highlights Film
A powerful 2–3 minute recap showcasing the event’s key messages, atmosphere and purpose – ideal for social media, sponsorship outreach, and future event marketing.
📸 Brand Photography
A full suite of natural, confident portraits of Becky, Natalie and Claire – together and individually – now used widely across their website, social media, and brand materials.






🎥 Short-Form Social Video
From each panel discussion, we edited and created a branded social clip – perfect for LinkedIn, Instagram, and broader campaign content.
These short-form edits helped reinforce the value of the panel discussions and gave the team a bank of on-brand assets to roll out in the weeks and months following the event.







📈 The outcome
This project delivered far more than event coverage – it created a strategic content library that the Fertility Matters at Work team are now using to communicate their brand, amplify their message, and show potential partners and sponsors the power of their work.
From long-form recordings to rapid social clips, everything was designed to match their tone, visual style and purpose. The result: a consistent, confident visual presence that reflects the heart of their mission.
