Our Approach
We developed a two-tiered content plan:
High-end photography – capturing architectural form, layout, textures, and key features in a clean, editorial style.
Video production – creating both:
- Long-form walkthrough videos for full property exploration
- Short-form social clips with fast-paced, emotive editing for audience engagement
We worked closely with the agent on site to pace the walkthrough, highlight special features, and support their on-camera confidence – ensuring the video content felt as polished and premium as the homes themselves.
