Telling the story of a brand rooted in people, place and purpose
Offiss is a brilliant space in Cannock, designed to bring people together through flexible working, creativity and community.
When their web designer Tom from Penrose brought me in to support their rebrand with new visual content, it was clear the brief wasn’t just about making something that looked good – it had to feel right.
Thalia and Ana were building a business they deeply cared about. That meant the content we created needed to reflect their values, personality and energy – in a way that was true to them and easy to maintain.
We started with:
- Personal brand photography for Thalia that felt fresh, confident and real
- Brand imagery of the workspace and day-to-day culture
- Testimonial video content from Offiss clients and collaborators
Since then, we’ve continued to work together – from capturing events to updating social content, team images and internal materials.

Creating a relaxed space to get great results
Most people aren’t 100% comfortable being on camera. It’s a completely normal part of the job, and we always design the filming or photography experience to reflect that. No forced scripts. No awkward posing. Just calm direction, good lighting, and space for people to relax into it.
Thalia summed it up best – from the moment I walked in, the energy shifted. The day had been chaotic, but once we got started, everything flowed. It felt like a conversation rather than a performance. That’s exactly what we aim for.
Because when people feel at ease, the content always lands better. You can’t fake the kind of connection that comes from capturing someone mid-conversation, or in the moments they drop their shoulders and speak with conviction.

The kind of content that gets watched on repeat
When we delivered the final testimonial video, the Offiss team watched it six or seven times back-to-back in the office. Not because they had to – because they genuinely loved it. Each time they watched, they spotted something new. That emotional connection is a sign the content is doing its job.
Since then, the photos and videos have been used across their website, social platforms and wider marketing. It’s content that continues to serve the business – not just a one-time hit.
A partnership built to last
What started as a rebrand project turned into a long-term working relationship. That’s how I like to work – building trust, creating momentum, and being on hand when the next brief comes in.
When businesses find a content partner who can balance strategy, speed, and quality, it removes a huge weight from their shoulders. They don’t have to keep briefing from scratch or explaining their brand. We just get to work.
Thalia’s words:
“From the second Stuart arrived, the energy in the room changed. We were running around like headless chickens that morning – but everything just flowed. The video felt natural. The photos felt easy. We must have watched the final video six or seven times. Every time, it got better.”
