A content partnership rooted in personality, energy and trust

When Offiss Workspace decided to evolve their brand and website, their designer Tom from Penrose brought us in to create the photography and video content. The brief was clear: this wasn’t about stock visuals or polished statements. It was about capturing the real feel of the business – the people, the community, the character of the workspace.

Led by Thalia and Ana, Offiss has built something truly personal – a coworking space that’s flexible, warm, and purposefully designed to support small business owners and freelancers. The content needed to reflect that same spirit – relaxed, energised, and rooted in what makes Offiss different.

We started by creating:

  • Personal brand photography of Thalia, reflecting her confidence, creativity and leadership
  • Business brand imagery of the space itself, with real people working, collaborating and sharing ideas
  • A testimonial film featuring Offiss clients and collaborators, designed to bring outside voices into the brand story

Making content creation feel natural

As with many of our projects, one of the biggest considerations was comfort. Most people don’t love being in front of the camera – and we never expect them to. Our role is to create a calm, encouraging environment where people can feel like themselves.

From the moment we arrived on set, the atmosphere shifted. Despite the usual launch-day energy (read: organised chaos), the shoot flowed with ease. No scripts. No pressure. Just conversation, clear direction, and a shared enthusiasm for the work.

We filmed the testimonial interviews in a way that felt relaxed and real – inviting the Offiss team and their clients to speak honestly about what the space means to them. The result? A video they watched on loop in the office – not because they had to, but because they loved how it felt.

Visuals that keep working

Once the website launched, the new photography and video content immediately became part of Offiss’s brand toolkit – used across their digital channels, social media, proposals, and internal comms.

But more importantly, the content feels like them. It reflects the mood and tone of the business in an authentic, energised way – something that’s often hard to achieve when content is rushed, overly posed, or disconnected from the people who actually run the show.

Because we’d already built that trust and creative understanding, we were invited back to support:

  • Event photography and social reels
  • New content for social media campaigns
  • Team updates and internal photography
  • Ongoing creative input across branded materials

Thalia’s words

“From the second Stuart arrived, the energy in the room changed. We were running around like headless chickens that morning – but everything just flowed. The video felt natural. The photos felt easy. We must have watched the final video six or seven times. Every time, it got better.”

Outcome

  • Confident, personality-led brand visuals that bring the Offiss story to life
  • Authentic testimonial video content with high emotional engagement
  • Long-term creative partnership supporting new content across channels
  • Content that continues to deliver value across digital and offline touchpoints
